To be honest I don't even recall how good their ink may be but I will warn you, once you use them they will hound you to death. Over the past year I have repeatedly tried to unsubscribe from the newsletter/advertisements with absolutely no luck. I have emailed their customer service and never even gotten an acknowledgement back. Unless it involves your money they will have nothing to do with you. Because of this I will never use them again and advise anyone else to do the same. Richard D. Collier

very bad on thier site for ordering it says 100% money back guarantee. the day after i had orderd the sent me a e-mail saying that there was a defaulty chip and they were giving me a refund (yes i do have a copie of that) then the box came to my door i opened it and called right away to say that the package was not epson ink the girl told me yes they are and that i need to remove all my ink and put these ones in okay did not work then she told me to open up a new set to try those i did not do that then she proceeded to say to run them under water is she nuts? i called a second time i told the guy i wanted to return them and he said there would be a restocking fee after there website says 100% money back guarantee and proceeded to hang up on me geez i wonder if they are sending me a return sticker ? im not exspecting one. HELLO FRAUD! my husband is a lawyer he will be addressing this matter if not resolved , especially when they want you to open more ink , run it under water. never in my life have i heard anything so stupid. OBVIOUSLY I DONT NEED THE HUNDRED BUCKS ITS THE PRINCIPAL BEHIND IT. THEY SHOULD REALLY DO A LITTTLE TRAINING WITH THEYRE STAFF FOR COSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have a Canon iP600D printer. I have odered from Clickinks for few years. I do not use too much color ink, but I do use black ink at least once a day. I haven't had any problems until the last few months. My black copies started fading when there was about 1/3 of the ink left in the cartridge. I thought it was the printerhead needing cleaning. I ran the printerhead cleaning numerous times with no success. I changed the black cartridge out and it started printing again. This is the second time I had to do this. At that rate the cheap price will not pay for itself. I called and complained, but they said the return policy on the cartidges I was using had expired. She asked me if I wanted to reorder..... LOL

I recently made a large purchase of black & color cartridges from ClickInks and in using them in our new Brother copier/printer/fax, I am now getting readings that my Magenta is out of ink. I tried using another cartridge but that didn't solve the problem either. So I tried the cartidges in another Brother printer and I got the same message on all color cartridges...."out of ink". Then we noticed on both printers, that there is powdered ink all over everything inside both units, and it is printing dots of ink all over everything we print. Now we have to pay for service of our machines to get them cleaned. I am getting ready to ship the cartridges back for a refund but in reading everything on this site, I FEAR I am facing a horrible experience. If I end up having the same experience, I am going to report this company to the BBB and to the Dept of Labor. ClickInks products are sub-standard and damaging to our office machines. There are NO price savings here when you end up damaging your office equipment when using these ink cartridges. Good luck to all of you, and I suggest you report them as well if you are experiencing one or more of the many problems that are being reported here.

I have ordered two laser printer toner cartridges and about ten ink jet cartridges frim Clinkinks. I have always been pleased with the fast delivery and the quality of the products. I have no complaints.

Wow, what an incredible waste of money. I have tried 3 out of 10 tri color cartridges for my HP all in one inkjet printer and every one of them is missing one OR MORE of the "tri colors." I called the company and they said that the warranty expired 2 weeks ago, so there was nothing they could do. Please save your money and do not shop with clickinks.com.

Ink clogged and wasted lots of ink trying to clean. Refund policy not worth shipping items back. I'm throwing them away. They really need to work on their quality.

Once the company is sued, its employees would also be investigated and possibly sued, because its employees are involved in such fraud and they know the company is conducting illegal practice. They are helping their company in violating laws. We will see that happen. ClickInks is not afraid of customer complains. They just cheat new customers using the following cheating method: 1. Claim what they don't have. 2. Charge customer's credit card immediately 3. Make lies by saying it is in back order 4. Mail deficient products 5. Delay refund (or not refund at all) as long as they can to earn bank interest 6. They do not take customer's calls. A customer have to wait as long as one hour. I believe that they will be brought to justice!

I ordered a cartridge for my copy machine. At first they had told me it was backordered. I called a few days later and they told me that it would be shipped the next Friday. 2 more weeks past, and no cartridge. I finally called back a month after I placed and payed for my order. After waiting 40 minutes on hold, I got a half awake sounding representative, who just said, "It was just shipped today". Of course then I got the tracking number. Tried to track the package, Wasn't in FedEx's database. Pay a little extra and actually get your product in a reasonable time frame. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Received a order half correct in Dec09. Retuned it for a refund and have been wait and wait. Many call stating check it in the mail. As of now April 19th still no check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!

Customer Order # 1397636 was the order # Had trouble getting cartridges to put ink out becuse ink was hard in nozzel. Had to soak each pkg in warm water. Printer did not except cartridges so support had me do a hard start but this did not work so I had to wait untill the next day to call customer supporet when there was some one around who could help me. Finally after 2 days of waiting got printer to work. used up one color of ink and printer would not recxonize the cartridges again call 800# same thing no help from customer support. Was told to call in on Monday needed help on Friday. I ended up thowing $100.00 of ink cartridges away because ther were not compatible with my printer and it was past the 180 days from purchase. I recoment to stay away from this company

I have actually never had a problem with this company. I have ordered repeatedly (>4 times), both ink cartridges for a Canon i9900 and toner for HP laserjets. If a product was backordered, I received it later. - Never had a need for a refund, so I do not know about that. That was just my personal experience. However, after reading some these reviews, I can not help feeling concerned.

I guess I am the next idiot to get stuck with this company. I ordered a brother RT-TN650 high capacity laser black re-manufactured cartridge from these guys on 4-2-10. Within a few minutes of paying them with paypal I got another email telling me they were temporarily out of stock. I just sent in a complaint to their website asking on the status of my order. I wished I had checked out this company on the web before I ordered. I noticed that they took the payment from my checking account before they had shipped the order. I used paypal so at least they don't have a credit card number. These guys need to be shut down and put in jail.

Below is a copy of my FINAL letter to Click Inks describing my experience (there are prior letters and emails, but none elicited any reply). "Dear Ms Latrice Graham, I finally received the shipment of my large order, totaling over $600.00, but there were many problems, which I understand my office manager, Mr. Hampton, has already discussed with your sales representative. First, we never received EITHER of the two TN-350s we ordered, and when he inquired, they toldhim that they were out of stock, then later they told him that they could prove that they were shipped to us based on the weight of the shipment box. But we never received such "proof" of shipment. Second, enclosed in the Packing Slip was a notice that some of the items were missing because they were out of stock, including 18 of the HP6100 cartridges, but we never recieved those either. When Mr Hampton inquired, he was told that they WERE included in the original shipment. When he sent you a copy of your own Packing Slip note stating that those 18 cartridges were missing, they stopped returning his calls, AND never responded to any of my calls. Third, when I tried to install the HP cartidges that we did receive (Cyan and Yellow), I got an error message on the printer window saying, "The following printer cartridge is missing or damaged." and then noting whichever one I was trying to install with your product. Fourth, the TN-5000 cartridges that you shipped to us for the Brother Intellifax-2600 di not fit at all. When Mr Hampton called, one of your associates told him to return them to you for a full refund. We paid for the shipment and have proof that they were received by your dept (USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking No 03093220000108286509. Thus, the only products that worked were the S-35 cartridges, and my staff has already had trouble printing from the second one, which merely puts black powder on the paper that rubs off. I showed your Packing Slip to everyone at the office and we all noted that the ink on it rubbed off when the paper was touched. This did not make us feel optimistic about your company's products. Assuming that you use your own laser ink products, if you cannot get the ink to stick to the paper in your company offices, what can a customer expect? AND, if your company does not use its own ink product, well, ... then that's even more disappointing, isn't it? Because your company has refused to respond to our US mail, emails, and phone calls, I have no choice but to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. Please follow up with them or contact me at your earliest convenience: 310-428-2244 or 909-557-8727 (24 /7). You may also leave a message during business hours at 310-680-0304. As you can see from my Customer records, I have been ordering ink from you for several years, at least since 1997, and this is why I am particularly disappointed in your repeated refusal to respond to my inquiries."

Ambycanty, thank you for reporting to organizations about this crap company. As I said before, the company's strategy is to make profit through delayed-refund to earn bank interest. It is not a Legitimate business. Someone please bring it to justice.

I had an almost exact experience as the one told by Dvaires. I ordered the ink cartridges on 1/11/10 - within an hour I got the out of stock e-mail. On 1/13/10 - my bank account was hit for the charges. I went back and forth with them with both e-mail and phone calls. It is 3/26/10 and I still do not have my refund. I've filed a dispute with my debit card company. I've also reported this to the Division of Consumer Services for the county that Clickinks is in in Florida. I've also reported it to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of the State of Florida. Someone needs to shut these guys down!! Their practices are nothing but fraud!!!!!

No one should actually read what's below, since it's just catharsis (but ridiculously true). The short of it is: there are plenty of other places where you can get your ink, just walk away from this one. I made the mistake of placing an order with this merchant on 01/12/10, with a shipping promise of days. Minutes after I placed the order, I received a cute "oops" email telling me the cartridges I had ordered were actually out of stock. That same day, my account was efficiently charged for the out-of stock items. "If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us back..." said the aforementioned oops email, so I sent a reply. My email bounced. I called their 800 number and, after 15 minutes on hold, Latrice came on the line. My items would be shipped on 01/29. Okay. Monday, February 1st, I called them again. This time I was on hold for 30 minutes (seriously, the full 30 +). Latrice answered the phone yet again: "The order will be shipped out tomorrow." Given past experience and how long it took to get in touch with her (is she their full customer service department?), I did not believe her. I just asked for a full refund, she said "of course." After I requested confirmation of when I'd receive the refund, she sighed annoyed, put me on hold (ha!), and came back to tell me that the refund would be issued "today." Then came February 9, more than a week later. I found a different email address for this place and sent an unhappy email, in the "how about my money back" vein. Got a reply from .Mike (as in dotMike, yes): "Your order has been set up for a refund." Alright. Granted, February has only 28 days, but it was already March 2nd and I had not yet received the refund. So I emailed them again. Got my damn refund on March 3rd, two months after I clicked the "Place Order" button. Why they would advertise as available and accept payment for items they cannot deliver is not something understandable. Why they kept telling me about a shipment that would not happen it's just dishonest.

I have been waiting a month for my $39.95 refund. Every time I contact ClinkInks to inquire about the refund they say "you should have already received your refund." As I now read other reviews of this company, I find that this is the way they do business. Not only is this the worst customer service I've seen, but their behavior borders on criminal. I'm not done with CliniInks, but I hope others read these reviews first and don't make the same mistake.

from what I have read, it appears your products are not up to snuff. I haven't been able to get you on the phones. I bought $154.86 in double orders of EPSON 2200 CARTRIDGES. Some of the carts work, but the to345 lt cyan andm pe o346. Of course if all the carts don't work then nothing does. I.m in the process of sending the whole box back as I can't get a hold of your service dept. rodlhicks@comcast.net

I ORDERED INK- THEN IT WAS NOT IN STOCK. I asked to have them mail it with USPS they wouldn't, then they said I could get a refund. That will take a month they said, to get my money back. BEWARE!!!

made a "in stock" purchase and would ship in 3-5 days. received the items 3.5 WEEKS later. the items did not work for my printer. i returned the items the next day. i did not received my refund untill a MONTH later and NOT THE FULL AMOUNT!!! -Unacceptable -cant get in touch with tech supp/customer serv.[25-45 min wait every time] -bad/careless customer service. -they simply dont care.

Would never ever recommend using this company - just read another review on epions.com and that person has experienced the exact same thing that I have - a complete runaround!!! The product I ordered was back ordered, was issued a cancelation and have since had four promised over the last 2 weeks of return of funds - calling credit card company today to have them issue - this company has no integrity!
