I have been waiting a month for my $39.95 refund. Every time I contact ClinkInks to inquire about the refund they say "you should have already received your refund." As I now read other reviews of this company, I find that this is the way they do business. Not only is this the worst customer service I've seen, but their behavior borders on criminal. I'm not done with CliniInks, but I hope others read these reviews first and don't make the same mistake.

The company's strategy is to make profit through delayed-refund to earn bank interest. It is not a Legitimate business. Someone please bring it to justice.

from what I have read, it appears your products
are not up to snuff. I haven't been able to get you on the phones. I bought $154.86 in double orders of EPSON 2200 CARTRIDGES. Some of the carts work, but the to345 lt cyan andm pe o346.
Of course if all the carts don't work then nothing does. I.m in the process of sending the whole box back as I can't get a hold of your service dept. rodlhicks@comcast.net

I ORDERED INK- THEN IT WAS NOT IN STOCK. I asked to have them mail it with USPS they wouldn't, then they said I could get a refund. That will take a month they said, to get my money back. BEWARE!!!

made a "in stock" purchase and would ship in 3-5 days. received the items 3.5 WEEKS later. the items did not work for my printer. i returned the items the next day. i did not received my refund untill a MONTH later and NOT THE FULL AMOUNT!!!

-cant get in touch with tech supp/customer serv.[25-45 min wait every time]
-bad/careless customer service.
-they simply dont care.

Would never ever recommend using this company - just read another review on epions.com and that person has experienced the exact same thing that I have - a complete runaround!!! The product I ordered was back ordered, was issued a cancelation and have since had four promised over the last 2 weeks of return of funds - calling credit card company today to have them issue - this company has no integrity!

TERRIBLE experience. I bought some items that the site said were in stock and would ship immediately. THREE weeks later, they hadn't shipped. I called their phone number and the recording said I'd have "zero minutes wait", so hold for a representative. I held and held and held, and the recording kept saying, please wait, we'll be right with you. I waited for over AN HOUR before I hung up. I wrote several nasty emails to them and finally one was answered that they have shipped the package. I tracked it via the carrier, and it didn't actually ship until several days later. Guess what, they would have never shipped it unless I harassed them. The items were simple ink cartridges and I got them over month after ordering, and after lots of anger. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. All the comments on this site make the point over and over again.

Very Bad experience dealing with this company.
I ordered several printer ink cartridges before our printer actually ran our of ink. When we ran out of ink I tried one of Clickinks color ink cartridges. It didn't work. When I asked for my money back. I was told that too much time had passed for a refund. I accepted a replacement. It worked. Then we ran out of black ink. I used a cartridge from Clickinks. It left smudges of black ink in horizontal lines on parts of the page. I opened another cartridge to find that the ink had leaked out of the cartridge into the container. The third cartridge I tried works. 1 out of 3 for the black, 1 out of 2 for the color. Not good.
I will now try to get a refund on my entire order.

I have never had such a bad experience with an on-line purchase. I was told initially that the order would take 3 to 5 days. Then after ordering, I was informed that the cartridge was out of stock and that it would be shipped as soon as it came in. I attempted to contact them by phone but was told that there was a 43 minute wait. I tried to email them back, but all attempts were unsuccessful, as though the address was incorrect. My only option now is to report the matter to the Missouri Attorney General's office and to attempt to have the charge reversed on my Visa card.

I wish too that I had done a little background check on these people before I ordered their products. They are a scam and someone needs to prosecute them! They go sooo far as to write "positive" reviews about their service and product and POST them. I am still waiting for money they took off my Visa and didn't even have product in stock to ship. Each time I contact them or receive correspondence "email" I am given a different date that my refund will be processed. I have contacted my bank and filed a formal complaint and also contacted the Attorney General Office in Lake Mary Florida to file a "formal" complaint against this company. I do more than 75% of my purchases online, and have NEVER had such a horrid experience. These people are CROOKS! This company should be stopped, how can they still be in business, with complaints going back to 2006? I rated them "Poor" in every category, because how can a price be "good" if the product is "NO GOOD". The last Ink I purchased from them wasn't used until after I tried to order more ink. I found out the other Ink I ordered, "IS NO GOOD" and it has ruined my Canon 600MP Printer I had recently purchased from a reputable company. Now I have a broken printer, Ink Toner that is NO Good and my bank account has a deficit of almost $100.00 for merchandise I never recieved.... I know in the end they will "PAY" because that's just how life is but in the mean while a lot of unsuspecting people "like I WAS", are still clicking on the site and believing it is legitimate and sending these crooks their hard earned money... SOMEBODY, PLEASE STOP THEM! VISA FRAUD, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR LAKE MARY, FL, THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITES STATES, SOMEONE? ANYONE?

Waited six weeks during which time I made three phone calls and was told they were waiting on a new shipment. When the cartridges finally arrived via USPS, two of the plastic containers wre filled with black ink, which of course I did not open, the third does not work, the printer does it's thing but the paper records nothing. Have called four times requesting postage return label, was assured each time it be sent. Nothing has happened as yet, and I'm not holding my breath that this outfit will honor it's on items sold.

I have just canceled my order with Clicksinks. I will wait for my credit to be put back. In 15 days, if my credit is not back, I will dispute it together with my credit card company. It seems that Clickinks tries to collect money by drawing orders that may not be real and hold your money for as long as they can to obtain interest from the bank. I will let you guys know when my money can be back, or not.

Uh oh! I sure wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from clickinks! My story? I ordered 1 color and 1 black ink cartridge for my printer from clickinks.com. I immediately got a confirmation email from them outlining my order. Then very shortly after that, within a few minutes, I noticed that I had received another email from them. This time it informed me that they were out of stock on the black ink that i had just ordered and that I would be notified when they got a shipment and it would then be sent immediately. I couldn't believe it because I had just seen the black ink advertised as "in stock" only minutes ago. I used paypal to order and my account was debited on the 19th of January. After about a week I had heard nothing so I went ahead and called them. I waited for 10 minutes before someone answered. A man told me he was very sorry for the inconvenience but explained that they were waiting on a shipment of the black ink and that my order would be shipped just as soon as it got in. He told me they would be getting it on the 29th of January. He offered to send me the colored ink which they had ready for me and I declined, saying that I would just wait for both to be shipped together. Then I asked if they could possibly expedite the shipping at no cost after the 29th since my order was already so late, and he said they would. At one point he apologized and told me that they make every effort to ensure that no products are advertised as available when they are not so, I mentioned to him that he needed to take a look at the website because at the time, the ink they were still waiting on was actually still showing as available on their site. He thanked me for pointing that out to him. Well, the 29th came and went, and once again, I heard nothing. So I called them again. This time I waited for 15 minutes before another man answered. I explained my situation to him and he told me that they were expecting a shipment of the ink i ordered later that same day and that they would be sending it to me "tomorrow". I told him I had spoken to another representative who told me the ink was supposed to have been there on the 29th of january and he immediately told me that they had had a problem with that shipment and so now they'd been waiting on this one. I thanked him for the information and reminded him that they were supposed to expedite my order at no extra cost and he acted surprised and said, who told you that? I couldnt recall the name of the agent who said it, so this new agent just said ok ill talk to the other agents and if indeed someone told you that then we will of course honor that. Well, do I need to really tell any of you whether or not I have received my order? Probably not but for good measure, no, I'm still waiting and now that I've read all ive seen here tonight, i know why! Also, the ink that they were supposedly waiting on and that they were trying so hard not to advertise unless it was available; remained available through out this whole period and its still available today. Unfortunately I still dont have any! ouch!! I'll report this as well. Thanks for all the information everybody. Please, dont go to clickinks.com. There's got to be a better way!

Sent me cartridges that would not fit in my printer, even though they we labeled to fit it.Tried to tell me I had to replace all of them at once, and they would work.What a joke. Gave me store credit .I don't want to buy from them again.Takes forever to talk to someone up to 30 min.

I had no problems with receiving my order but my Epson NX100 printer did not recognize the cartridges. I didn't bother trying to get a refund so can't comment on that process.

Ordered ink cartridges for my canon printer on 11 Jan 10 based on the company's pledge to ship same day. Called today to check on order and was told they were on backorder and would not be shipped until 28 Jan. Sure wish that I had checked this site before I ordered from this outfit.

Marty: Samuel, being over 7 days is in violation of federal regulations, and clickinks never seems to hav a backlog when it comes to charging your credit card, they seem to be able to do it the day you order, even though the ordered items have not shipped. A backlog is not a valid excuse.

I ordered inks for an Epson printer and a HP printer from Clickinks on December 10, 2009, with the website stating they were in stock. Within 2 days, I received an email stating a portion of my order was out of stock and did I want to ship the in stock inks. After reading the remainder of the reviews, I'm glad I did decline a partial shipment. After checking on the order a couple of times, I kept getting told a couple of more weeks for shipment. I finally cancelled the order on 1/5/10 and was told the credit was pending approval by a manger. Approval for a credit on something that never shipped!!! I disputed the charge with my credit card company right away. This company wants nothing more than to use your money for as long as possible for free. Do not use this company, they are not a very reputable company.

my first purchase from Clickink for ink cartridges, buy 2 sets and get 1 free set,
they took my money and sent me a reply saying they were out of stock on 1 color on the 4 colors I ordered, approx 2 weeks later still no delivery of my order, they are still advertising the so called out of color on their web site and still taking paid orders for something they say is out of stock, they seem to want to take our money with no delivery of product, I feel I have been ripped off (internet theft ) I have sent a contact message to them for compensation, I will let you know their reply

I actually have a good story for Clickinks. I have made 2 purchaces for 14 cartridges for our office printers. All so far have been in fine working order, with no problems. The second order was a slight delay for being out of stock(1 week), which happens with all companys. An email was sent informing me of this and another email telling when the items were shipped. All done within a timely manner. So far so good, will keep ordering from these guys.

Worst ever!!!!!Stay away from this company!!!! Sent me USELESS cartridge that didn't work at all and refuse to give me a refund. They say they were only able to give me store credit and since non of their aftermarket cartridge work I had paid more to order OEM cartridge from them. It's been 4 months since I ordered the parts but it's not here. Everytime I called ask for update of my order thay just give BS excuses even the manager. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!

The charged my account the minute I placed the order even though they did not have the merchandise in stock. I cancelled on December 11 - I still did not have a credit by December 15. I called on the 15th and they said it will take another 4 days. What a rip off! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Just bad..everything. First of all their quality of inks are just plain bad. After one usage I returned the item early November. Since then I haven't been able to get my refund. First time you call they tell you it'll take 30 days. Second time you call, they say they'll let their refund account manager know and they'll send you an e-mail. yeah right. third time you call, they tell you they tell you that they processed the refund yesterday at 12:30. We'll see. If I don't see a refund within the next few days, I'm gonna have to call my card company.
My advice..don't deal with clickinks.com ever.

I placed a large order from this company in October. Within hours of changing the cartridges, and an attempt to print,the printer window opens and the cartridge (that was just installed) shows that it needs replacing. Over the past week, I have had to replace at least 6 cartridges (four are the same color). This should not be happening and when I call the company they will only offer a store credit. Who would ever purchase anything from them again? Not me. If you are taken in by their ads, STOP and go to someone else. Do Not Waste Your Money or Your Time. Stay Away.
