Got an email saying the order was backordered. I emailed them and said to cancel....they had already billed my credit card. No reply, but the cartridges were sent soon after that. They weren't what I expected, and I sent them back.
As noted in other emails, they don't respond to emails. When I phoned to tell them the cartridges weren't what I wanted, I was told to return them, which I did. Now, no replies! I spent extra money for postage to return them. I am wondering if I will get my money back. After reading these other complaints, it doesn't seem that way. Will buy my cartridges from a local supply store from now on.
Will file a complaint.

I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A MELIA FIELDS WHO SOUNDED LIKE I WOKE HER FROM A SOUND SLEEP. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I RETURNED THE WRONG CARTRIDGE. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL MESSAGES AND I DO NOT WANT TO WAKE UP MELIA AGAIN, THERE HAS BEEN NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT..NEVER AGAIN CLICKINKS..NEVER AGIAN. |

| Denise Sanford | Bought ink cartiridges which weren't compatiable with my printer. When I called and spoke with Debbie Silva, Customer Service Supervisor, she was rude and horrible. I have been waiting two weeks since they received my return to get my refund. They never response to e-mails and I am one of those people that have waited on hold for 15 to 25 minutes. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |

| Lynn Erdmann | I wish I had read these ratings. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I spent 45 minutes on hold listening to recording telling me that my wait time was "3 minutes" (again and again). They advertise "new" address but local phone company show no listing. Website has button to "track shipment" but it shows you NO information except how to REORDER what you are trying to receive in the first place!!!
PrintPal costs only cents more but they ARE reliable. I'm going back to them ASAP. |

Have called and waited for over 1 hour three times and still no answer. Have contacted my credit card company and hopefully will get a credit. Do not order from these people. | Mike B. | Absolutely the worst online purchase experience I've ever had - and I buy everything online. The ink cartridge sets I ordered were back ordered, but my credit card was charged. When I complained, the cartridges were shipped, but they were the wrong ones. I returned them, then was told I would be charged to ship the new ones. When I got a bill charging me $26 for the replacement cartridges plus shipping (even though they hadn't been shipped), AND no credit for the ones I returned, AND they would not answer my e-mail, I filed a claim with my credit card company. It is pending. A rip-off is no bargain, regardless of the price, and Clickinks.com is a rep-off of the first order. |

| Anonymous | I order Lexmark printer cartridges on March 10th of March. Writing this on April 8th. They charged my credit card and no product has been received. No one answers calls or responds to emails and the 800 line is now disconnected. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Although I ordered a year ago and the product/service was fine. |

| T. Michaels. | Received cartridges that didn't work and splattered ink all over the page. Argued with someone there and they sent me a return label. I sent the cartridges back and never got my money back. I sent an email and they said they located my return but still didn't get the money back. Further, they are impossible to get on the phone. Finally had to put in a complaint in to American Express. A real scam, you're rolling the dice ordering from these people. |

Their phone is disconnected and they have not responded to two emails. I contacted the fraud division of my bank for dispute resolution. My previous orders were handled honorably and I was happy with the quality. I will not use them again. |

| Lesleigh B | Have used ClickInks for about 6 months, orders always came within a week. However, last order was billed to charge card and immediately I was emailed product back ordered. Phone system won't accept messages and emails get bounced back. Evidentally they've taken in as much money as possible and gone out of business. I've filed a complaint. |
