Ordered August 23. They took my money, but have NOT sent any product. They will not reply to several emails. Their phone number is not receiving calls. This is a total scam. Don't they realize when a customer calls the credit card company and reverses the charge, it will cost IOWAINK a minimum of $25.00 chargeback fee?

I ordered cartridges, paid for them in July. Its September and I still have not received them. I have several complaint tickets in with them which they won't respond to. I asked for a refund and received no response. I turned them into the IC3 (Internet police) and am in the process of getting a refund from my credit card company. BEWARE::::: BIZRATE SENDS OUT AN EMAIL ASKING YOU TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF PRODUCT. DO NOT REPLY! THIS IS A SCAM BY IOWAINK TO HAVE PROOF THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CARTRIDGES WHEN YOU HAVE NOT!

First order was fine, no problems. Recent order had completely damaged toner dripping everywhere and another and NO COMMUNICATION from them. Another order still "processing". Don't use these idiots!

I have ordered several times from Iowa Ink with no problem. Unfortunately, on this last order, they sent the wrong color toner cartridge. Since I can't use my laser printer until I get the correct color, this is a significant problem.
